Ok so I had a problem with splash coins. I did a redemption, had to open an Skrill account and decided to add money more and play more. Ended up winning 1,300 sc. so I stopped playing because I wanted to redeem but had to wait for my first redemption. I decided to get back on the site a few hours later and realized I had 0SC. I was shocked. I knew there was a mistake because I knew I just logged off and had that amount and I took screenshots when I messaged the customer service people, the person replied that they investigated and found that I played down my winnings, which I knew was not true so I sent an email. That’s when another person emailed me back and said they were going to investigate this and put this at the highest priority and it could take a couple days. This all was happening on the weekend and that next morning he emailed me back and figured out there was some mistake and put my 1300 SC’s back on there so at this point I was waiting for my redemption which they said could take three business days if it hasn’t come by Wednesday to contact them so of course I’m sitting here anxiously waiting and today is Wednesday and lo and behold. I just got my redemption so kudos to splash coins. I was a little nervous at first, but they do actually redeemed so when they say three days wait that three days.

Really love the slots and how it allows you to keep playing for a good amount of time on your deposit! Hopefully my redemption doesn't take long, upnto 3 days is a little steep but ill update and let you know how long it takes! Put in for a request at 8am. Let you know!

Got the game a and tried some of their free play, i liked the format and how simple the games were so i made a purchase. I got some decent hits on the game and made enough for a cashout. Applied for redemption and the process was a lot faster then i thought. once i get extra cash im definitely making a purchase again. Not a lot of promos but overall solid site if youre looking for a new one.

UPDATE; they approved after this review. I unfortunately deleted my account because absolutely nothing would hit afterwards. Had to wait a week of my account being open to redeem. Now, I’m on business day 3, my redemption is still processing and support said I would get it after the 3 business days pass. Originally, it was 1-3 business days. They allowed me to redeem 100 during the first week and approved it very quickly. I’m not sure what the hold up is but I’m getting fed up. Will edit if that changes before today.

Will give better review if the issue is resolved. It’s been 4 days since I issued a redemption to my debit card. Already verified and everything. I can’t get in touch with anyone from support and they seem to be in no rush to get me my money. They are quick to take your deposit but slow on paying out. I don’t like that at all. Other than that the games aren’t bad but I can play those games on many other casinos who pay out in a timely manner. UPDATE// got into contact with support who said it should be approved by the end of the day. It still has yet to be approved. Will update again at end of the day. Final update// I was paid out within 3 hours of them saying I’d be paid by the end of the day. Hit my account instantly after approval. (This was my first redemption)

Thought it was legit as well try redeeming my money and now all of a sudden I can log into my account how convenient Update put my redemption in on the 2nd in the morning and am still waiting on approval. Update after posting my last update I did receive my redemption. And it was hassle free so I will be changing how many stars I give them Splash Coines is one of the better sites out there I give them props. Keep it up guys.
