Moritz was amazingly helpful and extremely resourceful thank you so much for your help I couldn't have done it without you

Edit: Support reached out to me later this night and got my documents verified through email and offered to fast track my redemption. Received 750$ to my skrill account the next morning. Support was very kind and helpful. After a rough start I am updating to 5 stars due to support working so fast and making sure I was happy and received my redemption as soon as possible. Bought a package for 250$ and won 750$ went to verify account and the document upload section is completely greyed out. Cannot upload ID or address verification so I cannot redeem my winnings. Tried to contact support and what do you know I got no response besides a bot saying that nobody is available. Do not put your money into this casino! Will update if anything changes.

Moritz did a great job at handling my account issue. Great customer service!!

When I initially opened my account had a small issue I was contacting support about. It took awhile for them to get back to me, and I automatically assumed it was guns be a tough road. Well, Tony from support answered my ticket and promptly squared me away without any issue. When I came to verification, once again thought there would be issue, however Tony was once again on the case and swiftly pushed through, thanks Tony you were amazing. Then it was redemption time, I put in for my redeem, it was accepted and started processing instantly, that was 850 this morning, I knew it would probably take a day. At mid night I opened support to get a general time frame on it, and before Robert could even answer my question I got the Skill notification my deposit came in. Thanks Robert amazing job, I appreciate y'all's hard work making sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be making my main casino for large plays and deposits. Splash coin is the best I've dealt with so far, and I been doing this awhile. Keep up the great work!

The agent came on immediately and answered all my questions. They even took a look at my account to ensure everything looked good for when I request my redemption.

Wins on wins on wins!!!! I won 200 from the 29.99 package in under 20 minutes. This place is legit. Thank you Roy and Tony for your assistance. My redemption was awaiting authorization and I asked them nicely to authorize it and within seconds it hit my skrill!

I have been playing online for about 5 years, I’ve played on just about every site out there. This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Roy was awesome and so extremely helpful in getting me verified so I could process my large redemption! He was prompt and spoke to me like an actual person and not a robot lol. Thanks Roy!!!

I have no complaints so far I won and my redemption was sent to Skrill this morning. Excellent customer service as well will be playing again
