No customer service at all broken links what a joke
Will not let me upload my ID for prize redemption plus they want a bank statement or utility bill I have no utility bills and I bank online it’s 2026 get with it either way the link to upload is broken along with the live chat link this is on purpose in my opinion awful you take my money and make it impossible to redeem any money thanks you earned the 1 star review shame on you edit:im not giving you my name you guys suck shouldnt matter who i am my ID has my address your casino is bent anyways and i wouldnt play here with your money show me your bank statementy and proof of your address or better yet post your certificates from 3rd party rng audits you criminals why is your live chat link broke i wouldnt be on trustpilot bad mouthing you if you had customer service

there all a bunch of scammers
I recently won on splash coin casino. They asked me to verify my account. I've seen in proof of address, and ID both clearly visible over 8 times and they keep sending it back, saying it's not visible. I've took in a picture with a nikon. Expensive camera clearly visible and sent it in as a PDF, and they still won't honor their word and send me my weddings, I complain with grill where I found the casino at they're not helping very frustrating when you spend a lot of money with the casino and when you win things don't On their word

Scam site run by clowns
Update: the VIP system still isn’t operational.i contacted both the supposed vip manager and the customer support agents via live chat and they don’t respond. It’s very strange. For one day the system was operational and showed your level and progress towards the next level. I don’t understand why they launched the program and than pulled it and are now claiming it’s working despite it not lol. This is a sister site to gold rush city and if you look at there reviews they run a scam casino as well. Avoid these 2 companies. Something strange is going on here -wise man has spoken-

Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! My spouse & I played here. Redemption will work a couple of times and never again, banks won’t connect through their redemption system. Total scammers. You will wait forever for help/replies, steer clear ! Not reputable!

Terrible casino

signed up today, bought a package today. made it to redemption threshold and decided to get verified. it wont let me verify. it wont let me upload the very simple jpg pic of my ID (im in a valid state) nor will it let me upload a clear, acceptable proof of address (ive done all this countless times with other casinos, never a problem). i tried talking to their chat and surprise surprise, no response after 20 minutes. i attached all of my documents in the chat. no email, no ticket, nothing. so, i decided to keep gambling like they want me to. im at $130 and i up my spins and play a game i know has good bonus return and sure as day i hit a good one and as you would predict, my game randomly shuts off, disconnection error. so im at $130, im about to be up like viagra and it takes me to the black loading screen. i refresh, get back and now i'm at $80. so i lost money on my bonus when i started it with $130. hmmmmmm
