Customer service is the most incompetent, they lack total support for the dealers, they know how to sell, support is not available. The most useless customer service and managers and supervisor are unwilling to assist. The only answer they give is we will call you back between 24 to 48 hours. No respect toward its customers.

DO NOT do business with this company
DO NOT do business with this company - I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company, they are a bunch of con-artist. I purchased the Lo/Jack Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with Early Warning for more than $995. Spireon purchased the Lo/Jack corporation through acquisition, and in doing so, it legally acquired all of Lo/Jack's assets including user agreements and contracts and became responsible for all aspects of its predecessor.
Under the terms of the user agreement for customers that purchased the Lo/Jack Stolen Vehicle Recovery System with Early Warning, post-installation inspection of the Lo/Jack unit is required to ensure continued functionality of the unit. In addition, Lo/Jack recommended that the vehicle owner have the Lo/Jack unit inspected every two (2) years to verify it is functioning properly. To do this, the consumer must arrange for a Lo/Jack trained technician to come out and perform a post-installation inspection.
When I attempted to schedule a post-installation inspection of my Lo/Jack, Spireon said, "oh, we don't do that anymore" - basically, instead of offering ANY assistance whatsoever, Spireon said, "good luck with your Lo/Jack system."
Not only is Spireon REQUIRED to service the Lo/Jack system that it acquired but also it has a contractual obligation to do so - and that includes sending out technicians for post-installation inspections, and the refusal to do so, is a breach of the user agreement and subject's SPIREON to legal liability. In any event, DO NOT do business with this Company or you will be sorry. They DO NOT stand behind their products.

Terrible customer service.
They have terrible customer service and threatened to sue if you wanted to alter the terms of service in terms of length or the amount of transponders you have. If they can charge you for something they will and again they will sue you out of your contract with them even if they can’t accommodate your needs.

Customer service does not exist.
Going to Spireon Fleet locate for my Landscaping
Fleet was very big mistake. Their customer service is
non existence. Getting to anyone with authority or higher management or even who handles your account is fruitless. The one thing they do well is bill you. once
my contract ends I am going else where. I do not recommend them to anyone especially small business.

4 weeks ago installed. Very happy with everything BUT!!!!
I keep getting texts and multiple robophone calls daily for the last 4 weeks to call and schedule my installation!
I've tried desperately to reach someone without success! I am extremely aggravated and want them to STOP! IMMEDIATELY!

Seems to be a complete ripoff
Throughout my purchase "experience", the salesperson went out of his way, on several occasions, to tout the "anti-theft" capabilities of the GMC Canyon truck. I paid little attention (big mistake), because I do not live in an area where car theft is a problem, nor do I travel to such areas.
I guess you can categorize this under the category of "a fool and his money...", but at no point was it mentioned, suggested, or intimated that there was a fee associated with this "service." Well, there is, and it's a big one. I didn't realize it until AFTER the purchase, that the dealer added on $1,200 in junk fees for "USWC Traceable Theft (ETCH), and "Spireon Kahu."
I'm so mad at myself now for falling for such a scheme. I should know better, but, well, was excited about the new purchase and didn't read the contract carefully enough.
So, be sure to look for such line items and have them struck from the contract, or simply walk away. I wish I had done the latter.
