4 weeks ago installed. Very happy with everything BUT!!!! I keep getting texts and multiple robophone calls daily for the last 4 weeks to call and schedule my installation! I've tried desperately to reach someone without success! I am extremely aggravated and want them to STOP! IMMEDIATELY!

Every enhancement to the system comes with a technical problem and a couple of hours of calls and consulatation. Ultimately, it is always resolved successfully and the people in support are responsive and polite. But it never seems to work as advertised when installed.
