Extremely good customer service and great VPN.

I subscribed on a two year plan on recommendations from various forums and my initial subscription enquiries were dealt with both promptly and to my satisfaction. Setup was very straight forward and despite some minor initial issues encountered the Spider team were excellent at talking me through and resolving to my satisfaction. It's early days but very impressed so far with both the VPN, router and especially the customer service and is an added bonus that can use the VPN on the go! I was a tad sceptical (as I always over analyse pros and cons) but honestly take the plunge and support spider and let the product grow and you won't be disappointed. Big recommendation for the Service and it is both affordable and of the highest quality connection/speeds. 👌

From start to finish the spidervpn team have been amazing, took a couple of minutes to get the router up and running and it works perfect. The VPN only as well works great away from home so I'm always covered. Overall I'd 100% recommend spider vpn.

The system is easy to set up easy to use. would fully recommend to someone who knows nothing about this type of thing. I have noticed that a number of wireless services in the house stopped working i.e. wireless printing. you have to make sure all your wireless devices are set up on the spidervpn service. but would completely recommend * * * * *

With help from an excellent customer support team, my spider vpn home network performs flawlessly. Speeds are amazing, hardly different from direct isp connection. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, great service at very reasonable prices.

Excellent is less for spider VPN team. Starting from scratch , answering my silly queries to placement of the order and accepting request to add a VPN location , was a breeze . Super helpful team and top notch company which listens to its customers. Very rare to find companies alike spider VPN these days. Outstanding. Waiting for router to arrive and services to begin.
