Very satisfied with the experience of buying directly from Spiderfarmer. I live outside the EU, and customer service contacted me ahead of processing the order just to make sure I was aware of the import tax and customs fee (which I was, but this is still very good service for new customers!). The shipment arrived in a very timely manner and the import taxes totalled way lower than I budgeted for initially. All in all I saved around 45% by buying directly from SF and look forward to purchasing there again.

Versuche seit Wochen eine bestellten Lüfter zu retournieren, da er viel zu laut ist und un keinster Weise den Angaben entspricht.2 Tage nach Anlieferung Spider Farmer geschrieben ich möchte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Seit dem nur Mails wo Bilder verlangt werden, Seriennummer etc.. Es wird versucht mit einem lächerlichen 10€ Rabatt mich von der Rücksendung anzubringen. Außerdem wird unrechtmäßig von mir verlangt die Kosten für die Rücksendung zu tragen. Leider ist hier ein System zu erkennen. Finger weg von Spider Farmer! Nachtrag: Nach zig Emails immer noch keine Lösung. Spider Farmer verlangt von Kunden die Kosten für die Rücksendung zu tragen, aufwendige Dokumentation des Produktes ( warum , nagelneu !?), Dokumentation aller Labels auf dem Paket etc. Ich bin mir sicher der Rücksendeprozess ist bewusst so kompliziert gestaltet um Kunden doch noch von einer Retoure abzubringen.

I've ordered loads from them now, every time it arrives quickly and well packaged. I always make use of their sales and discount codes. Always a 5star review from me. Customer service is very helpful just for information purposes. And helping me get old equipment working with newer.

Spider Farmer’s shipping policy states “Remote / Island” addresses may incur additional shipping charges after the order is placed. I live in a rural area and I got an email after placing my order asking to pay an additional fee for my order due to my “remote” location. While it may sound like a technicality, rural and remote are two very different definitions and it is not unreasonable for me to have believed I was not going to have to pay extra shipping charges when I placed my order. It is also not unreasonable to expect a company as large and as global as Spider Farmer to be capable of providing accurate postcode based shipping costs at the time of checkout. It’s just lazy and poor customer service. To top it off, customer service is slow, meaning if you live rural/remote, add 2-3 business days to the fulfilment time while customer service takes ages to get back to you.
