Hello. After reviewing your order information, it appears that you just placed an order on Sunday, 10/27. I know our orders get delivered quickly, but it's been seven hours since you placed your order and it isn't scheduled to be shipped out until Monday morning. I'm not sure how you could evaluate the condition of a product that hasn't even shipped yet.
