I cannot yet attest to the effectiveness of the Vitamin D lamp for improving my Vitamin D levels. But I can say that the lamp is well made and easy to use. And the customer service is great. When I received the lamp is did not work as I expected. Customer service immediately identified the problem -- the bulbs were loose -- and I was good to go in minutes!

I was initially unsure about whether the vitamin D lamp would be beneficial but not anymore. It is a valuable tool in my wellness program to keep me healthy. At first it is expensive but it eliminates the need for Vitamin D drops which averages out in the end. I'm glad I bought it and plan on many years of successful use, I followed the recommended directions to be sure that I didn't burn because I am fair skinned,

DO NOT BUY!!! I am honestly disappointed and blame myself for trusting a product like this to should have known well lesson learned. I have received two emails being asked to review this product so here I am. First off I was extremely excited to try this product and had high hopes because of the reviews. Let me say this will be the first and last tanning lamp I will ever buy. The only good thing about this product was the express shipping but again it was extremely expensive. I ONLY used the lamp around 5 times in total. Guess what? It no longer turns on! I even spent extra on this product because of the currency difference of the Aussie dollar but thought it would have been worth it. For the couple times I used this product I went straight to 5 minutes because I felt nothing at 3 and still had no results. No signs of tanning or heat coming from the lamp absolutely nothing. All it seems like all this product was is a mildly hot light globe glowing at my skin with no intensity and an extremely annoying timer sound. I also had to tan in three sub sections because of how small the lamp actually is. Five minutes front/back which equals 30 minutes of tanning in total and still no results. Bare in mind I tan well and easily from the sun and am a white skinned individual. Then out of the blue to my suprise it just randomly stopped working! It sounded as if the plug at the back got faulty for no literally no reason. It even sounds dangerous as its like electrical bolts are rubbing together. The product came working in the box and had no signs of damage. Also to note one of the two pairs of eye googles in the box snapped and broke the first time I put them on lol! Extreme waste of money and because of the currency difference I am down 859 Australian dollars including shipping and will never get my money back. This is an honest review and hope it is taken seriously! It’s almost as if they don’t want my review to be posted because it keeps saying my “cookies seem to be disabled” but I’m just on my iPhone and they aren’t in my settings so I had to navigate to my computer. Waste of time and money cheers.
