I have previously purchased the Sperti D Lamp. I was impressed with the quality and decided to buy the Sunlamp as well. I use them in conjunction with red light biomodulation therapy in the winter time. The results are great and I feel so much better using these products. It's well worth the investment in your health!

I am truly surprised at how effective this lamp is. I knew about the importance of vitamin D prior to getting sick with the current virus but supplements were not working well enough despite years of adequate dosing. The lamp has changed that! I am amazed that despite how much stress I am under (grad school is not kind), a full-time healthcare job that demands 100% and being the dark winter months, my mood is very good and my immune system demolished a second round with the infamous virus without fever or the usual discomforts (I would have never known I had the virus except everyone around me was ill). The change is just night-and-day and the lamp is the only thing I've changed except for adding more stress. Thank you for such a great product!

I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I like the Vitamin D lamp. It is so easy to use, just 5 min a day and for our cold, dark Michigan winters it is the perfect way to naturally support my vitamin D levels!

First, my sincere thank you to Sperti customer service for very quick shipping by USPS. We are also thankful to Michael F. Holick, Ph.D, M.D.. for building this Sperti Vitamin D Light unit. There are UVB fluorescent light bulbs available in the market and handy man can build UVB bathing panels with timer, but this Sperti unit is very sturdy and compact enough for general household use, plus operation is very simple. Most of all, it is well considered to avoid danger of skin cancer. Even though my opinion to main cause of skin cancer is mainly relates to gut flora damaging chemicals included in our daily foods. My husband and I live in NY Hudson Valley area and winter can be very cold and gray. We bought this unit 6 years ago and are heavily relying on vitamin D supply, since fish oil capsules cause terrible constipation and manmade vitamin D in commercial milk really damages our system (possibly from strong chemicals used in process). Due to our age (over 80), we changed diet to complete vegan which causes more reliance on Sperti light for vitamin D now. To a person who has Irish trait with very fair skin and red hair, this unit may not to be recommended or has to be used with extreme caution. We are Asian, dark summer suntan used to keep us healthy all winter long while we were young. Now our energy goes down even if we miss the D light just for a few days. I am so glad we purchased another unit in November 2021 with replacement fluorescent bulbs. Due to supply chain shortage Sperti lump is not available till end of January I've learned. For African, Indian, and South American with very dark skin color and live far away from equator, this lamp may not be so beneficial or too time consuming to get enough vitamin D by this unit. I have read an article that Dr Holick is experimenting stronger light sources for dark skin people. Best regards. Kurumi
