Excellent service from the company but UPS we’re sadly lacking in their delivery in the UK. I would never willingly have anything delivered by them again. I waited in for three whole days wondering when the lamp would arrive with useless tracking information telling me that they had tried to deliver but I’d refused payment of taxes. Utter rubbish! The lamp travelled well and is in use but I’ve not had my blood levels checked so I don’t know how effective it is yet.

Before my order, I called the Sperti Customer Service Line because I had some questions. I was given excellent support, and advice about my purchase. I felt very confident when I placed my order. My parcel arrived very quickly into Canada, and I enjoy using my Sperti Sunlamp everyday. I am now sporting a wonderful tan... and YES... everyone I meet now, asks me where I have been on holiday? Saying "good morning" first thing to Sperti, is now part of my morning ritual. Thank you for your professional service, excellent product, and first class support. John Perrone.
