Very happy with my purchase of the Sperti Vitamin D Lamp. This is a quality lamp. I wanted to increase my Vitamin D level to boost my natural immune system. Mission accomplished.

after a 100 back and forth email we reached nothing as i expected all this money back and warranty are worthless as long as the shipping back will cost more than the machine price and the warranty is a fake add coz nothing can convince them as long as they see light coming from the machine and they will accuse u with all the problems ( ur skin ur electricity ur lotion.....etc) i spent the last 15 years tanning with solarium so I've a very good experience. each email i was reminding them that I'm using the fiji for 15 min at least with 5 inches distance and they ignore this fact so i will do live challenge for 30 days over our tv channel ... and the social media platforms to show the truth Thanks Chriss nazha

We are sorry to hear that you haven't see the desired results. These bulbs do not emit any heat, so it is important to not use the lamp longer than the recommended 15 minute maximum every other day. If you are not seeing the tanning effects after multiple 15 minute sessions, then it is possible that your skin type may require a stronger UVA output than this at-home lamp can provide. I have checked all emails and our call log but I was not able to locate any messages from you. I see that you are located internationally, so you would have to call our local number as the 800 number would not work outside of the US. We do offer a 60 day money back guarantee for all orders and I have sent you an email about matter. If you do not see my email, please email us if you would like a return authorization: [email protected]

The product was as advertised, but I got the package opened for some reason.

Thank you for sharing about your experience. I see that you are located internationally, so it is possible that customs may have had to open the package. I am not sure why they would not have sealed it back, but please let us know if there is any damage to the device.

I ordered direct from the website; shipping was fast, and the protect came well protected. I've been wanting their Vitamin D lamp for sometime, and Sperti seems to be the only name in the game for them. The transaction went exactly as expected, the product is as expected - you may order direct from Sperti without losing any sleep at night, it's all good.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA where the sun is not shining all the time. I purchased this to get sun vitamin D, which is better than supplement. This Sperti Sunlamp is simple to use and convenient. Only missing element is measuring improvement in my body.
