This is a great company that has made an amazing health product you cannot find anywhere else. You can use oral vitamin d supplements which can be cheaper in the short term, but I believe getting vitamin d via uv radiation from the sun, the way the human body was designed to get vitamin d, is a superior way of getting vitamin d. The thing is not everyone lives in sunny areas year-round so this product will help compensate for that by acting as an artificial sun. It mostly emits UVB radiation which is what u need for vitamin d and a little bit of UVA. Also it is the only FDA approved sun lamp specifically for vitamin D production and it was nice of Sperti to provide a scientific study of their product proving its efficacy. You can also look up reviews of other people who've tested this lamp and verified that it does work in raising vitamin d levels.

Shipping was incredibly fast and simplistic to Canada. Unparalleled product - so grateful to have an at home option like this as a mom without time to get away from the kids and go to a tanning salon. Perfect addition to out home gym.
