This is a solid product. We had a few hiccups getting it to turn on the first time but Sperti customer service was prompt, courteous and very helpful and we took care of the issue the first time and it has not come back since. The product has worked well for us and the instructions are helpful in proper use. Inclusion of 2 sets of goggles is a nice touch. Though it works perfectly fine, for the premium price point I’d challenge the company to make the product more polished. For example can the timer be digital instead of sounding like a cheap egg timer on grandmas stove? Can the design of the product seem more solidly built smoother edges cooler look etc than a clanky metal box? If someone came and looked at it they would not say cool I want one and when you tell them the price they would certainly balk. We didnt get it for that but a consumer wants to at least feel like they got value for their money. For example a Nest product or iphone from the design to the packaging etc you know there was thought that went into every aspect of the product. Again our Sunlamp works great and does what we bought it to do, I just again think the overall product design and function can be improved upon.

The Lamp did not arrive with eye protection. Sperti responded quickly to my concern and sent the protective eyewear!

I love our light, I highly recommend. Moving to GA from AZ we went from 365 days of sunshine to a lot of rain during the winter months. This light helped us transition and keep our hormones healthy and mood elevated with our "fake sun" ! highly recommend!

I had a good experience purchasing from Sperti. They offer a webpage as well as an eBay store which I found convenient. I chose to purchase from the eBay store to take advantage of PayPal financing. Shipping was afforadable and taken with great care as well as prompt. They also offer good warranty coverage. The product itself is robust and to my best awareness at this time, does what it says. The only relatively small issue I had was, while rather frightening at first, easily remedied. I reached out to the friendly customer support staff and received a quick response. My vitamin D lamp would not operate on arrival. The lamp flickered when turned on wouldn’t so anything else. They CS team advised me that I simply needed to flick the on/off switch about 5 or 6 times while the timer was turned/counting down... apparently the filament in the bulbs “settle” in shipment occasionally. In my opinion, for the scare this caused, I would highly suggest that the company include a insert with every sunlamp shipment advising this. That’s all I would change. I plan on getting a blood test in the near future to verify the effectiveness of the product and after that if positive increases are seen, I will certainly recommend this company to anyone without reservation.
