I found the Vitamin D Lamp easy to use and it effectively increased my Vitamin D. I use it after taking a shower and with the green protective glasses I am able to read. This makes the 5 minutes per area go quickly.

The product was as advertised. It was received in the time frame quoted. It was undamaged when we received it. I got quick assistance on the eBook, I couldn't get it to download to my computer. I wound up taking it on my wife's, who is running windows 10.I think Microsoft is intentionally buggering up 7.
