We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. After checking your order details, we’d like to clarify a few points to help clear up the misunderstanding: Your package was placed on June 12th and is currently in transit, with an estimated delivery date of June 22nd. We had previously shared the tracking information with you, and you can continue to monitor the status using that tracking number. Regarding the confusion, the order number you initially provided during your inquiry was incorrect. As a result, the update you received referred to a different customer’s delivered package—not yours. Please rest assured that your order has not been lost and is still on its way. We’ve already responded to your email with the correct details, and we’re here to support you if you have any further questions. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with your recent order. After reviewing your order SPETuner#5629, we’ve confirmed that the EGR upgrade kit you purchased is unfortunately not compatible with your 2010 Dodge 3500 Cab & Chassis (C&C) model. This is the reason why some components did not fit as expected and this kit do not support C&C models. We understand how frustrating it is to receive parts that don’t work for your vehicle, especially without immediate support. While we currently handle technical assistance and returns via email, our support team is here to help you resolve this as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our customer service teamto initiate a return and refund process. Be sure to include your order number in the email so we can prioritize your request. We’ll guide you through the return steps and ensure you’re taken care of promptly. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, SPELAB Auto Parts
