Presidio 2 case broke from material defect and they replaced it. But then I dropped my phone and screen broke. 2-3 feet high drop. It fell on a corner, and the case didn't seem to protect the screen much. It is cracked.

I’d give them no stars if that was an option. Bought a case from their website for my new iPhone 17 because I like the grip and had one for my older iPhone. The case broke in less than 10 days. I reached out and was granted a replacement which never came. Tried to contact customer service several times with absolutely no response. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company.

I noticed a hairline crack in my swim jet pump housing. Mitch provided excellent support and sent the replacement part I needed same-day, which arrived within 2 days. Thanks, Mitch! I am very pleased with my Speck Pumps products and their superior customer service! I highly recommend them!

Please go back to your original design. The new material on speck cases suck! Speck was known for protective cases & amazing grip. Now they’re super slippery and the material leaves behind smudges and sweat marks. These cases suck now. Keep the tactile buttons (no slits). Get a camera button cover. & gives options that cover the camera. I mean precise cutout. Many case companies did this & had major success. Your company is only going down hill. Please get it together. You won awards from past cases & steered away from it. That’s dumb asf.

Ive had a spec case on my Samsung Galaxy S23 plus now for over 2 years. Ive dropped the phone multiple times on concrete and Asphalt not intentionally. No cracks in my screen or marks on my phone. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I purchased the screen protector for my new iphone 17. The package arrived with only the cleaning packet, but no protector. I have reached out to customer support 3 times but no one replies. This feels like a scam business. They definitely took my money and ran.

Wife and I have just received the Speck phone covers for our new Moto Gs, and they are as described and exactly what we wanted. These are the third generation of Moto phones we've put Speck cases on. The previous cases always protected the phones completely, and still looked new after years of use. The first cases we ordered had built-in screen protectors, and my wife damaged hers severely through negligence during the first week she had it. I contacted them to try and buy a new screen cover, but they insisted on sending her a whole new case for free, even though I wanted to pay for it. That excellent customer service, and excellent product quality is why they continue being our first choice for phone protection.

Terrible! They do not stand behind their products unless you can find the receipt. The case for my iphone literally crumbled to pieces. My first request for it to be covered under warranty went unanswered. The second request months later was denied unless I located the receipt. I thought I bought it directly from them, but may have gotten it from Best Buy. They said I needed to call Best Buy to get a copy of the receipt. I just will not ever purchase anything from this company again.
