Good price and delivery was on time.

I had the dimensions but once I put it into place it just seemed bigger. Which was great because I thought it would fit loosely in the suitcase I put it into. I love it, all except for the fact that the material is not suited to accept velcro all over it. Just the strip and when I needed to move it around I could not get some of the areas to be the size fitting to my need because there was no velcro felt in that area. It's hard to explain. It's perfect the way it comes in, but it does not suit to change easily to fit different sizing. But I am very happy with it.

Although unhappy that my Wiha tool came in with the bits already rusted, when I called Customer Service they offered to replace it. The Customer Service rep let me know that they'd check the tool out before shipping it. when they looked and saw the whole batch was in the same condition, they offered to exchange it for another tool altogether while still keeping the original one that came in. Very happy with the resolution.

Twice I have used Specialized Products Co. and twice they have met my expectations. Will continue business with them in the future.

Ordered cleaning swabs and pen for fiber optic cables and connectors. Products were as advertised and arrived when I expected them.

Got it when I was told. The tool a was exactly like I ordered and at a great price too.
