The product is exactly as advertised, how ever, almost $60.00 for a blow molded case with foam!!!!! Would not buy again, price vs what you get is not worth it.

I ordered software for my Fluke Scopemeter and was given the tracking information. I decided to check on it and found that according to Fed-Ex it was delivered to my front door two days prior. Unfortunately, it wasn't my front door it was delivered to. I contacted Specialized Products immediately and their representative, Pam Parker, was quick to respond. She filed a claim with Fed Ex and told me not to worry. If they couldn't find it, she would ship me another one. Well, the package arrived the next day on top of my mailbox. Not sure where it came from and why it was 4 days after they said it was delivered but I think Pam's quick response had a lot to do with it. Thanks to Pam, I have the software I needed and great customer service, which is a rarity these days. Thanks Pam!

They discounted my first order and upgraded my shipping.

I called them on a Thursday by Monday, I had my meters. I have had no issues and service was great!!!
