Todd is super awesome and easy to communicate with. Shipping was free on an item that weighed 165 lbs. and came from overseas. You just can't get that with other companies. I highly recommend using them!

Originally I had a problem with my order due to miscommunication and I was upset. But the owner himself took matter in his own hand and contacted me directly to ensure my problem was resolved . I can’t say enough good thing about him and what a great example of being a business owner . I feel that I’m matter even though my order wasn’t really big like many others.

Great service and was able to get my product!

Great customer service. Great communication and helped me get a refund do to hard times. They are very understanding and a great company.

Speculative Fiction Shop is the place to go for the best in pop culture. I recently purchased a figure from Mondo through Speculative Fiction. However, I realized a few days later one of the sculpts was missing. The issue was the figure was sold out everywhere. I contacted Todd Johnson (Spec Fiction Shop), and he responded immediately; contacting a sales rep at Mondo. Todd then informed me and I contacted this person, and within an hour I received an email that the replacement part would be shipped! Dont ever doubt the customer service of this shop! TOP NOTCH 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Bought a HT MMS732 Deluxe Batman and couldn't be happier with the experience. Will be coming back to do more business.

I've purchased many statues from Todd Johnson and Spec Fiction Collectibles and he and his company are the best in the business. I don't recommend no one else.

Spec is the best premium statue shop in the hobby. They always have the best selection of newly released statues and hard-to-find pieces. Their prices are always fair - often below the larger retailers. They are honest, upfront, and really know the business. But the thing that really sets Spec apart is their incredible customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and satisfied. They do everything possible to ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped without incident. In the rare case that an issue might arise with your order, they fix it immediately. I have ordered several high-end statues from Spec and they always come through. In a world-wide hobby where logistics can be a nightmare, Spec has the connections and acumen to make it worry-free. I highly recommend this business. Buy from them with confidence.
