If you want to spend alot of money on an Incomplete figure, deal with time wasting customer service, wait an eternity for an item listed in stock then this is the shop for you!

Hello Danielle. Truly sorry the item came with a missing head. I know we spoke last week, and we are in the process of trying to get you the part from the manufacturer. Regarding shipping times, this item was noted as shipping by sea from our China warehouse. We offer free shipping for items shipped by sea. Although it takes a bit longer, we feel the cost savings makes up for it. We do offer expedited, but it does cost extra, unfortunately. I will be in touch with you soon about the missing head.
