Todd and the team, at Spec Fiction, truly care about their customers and provide excellent customer service. It so happened, that the entire contents, of the UPS truck delivering my item item, was stolen. I could not believe it. I followed the instructions that UPS provided, which included informing the Vendor to have them contact UPS. I reached out to Spec Fiction. Todd responded. He was as shocked as I was, at what had occurred but, he assured me that everything would be alright. He gave me that peace of mind, that I needed. Spec Fiction didn't ignore me. They didn't procrastinate on the matter. They didn't give me the the run around. They took care of me. They valued me... wow. A few weeks later, a replacement was delivered, to my door.
