Spec Fiction was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I'm so glad I purchased through them! Customer service, specifically from Todd was top-notch as he went above and beyond to help me out and provide timely responses. Delivery was a little long, but Todd was up front about timing right away and it ended up getting delivered before the estimated date! I'm thrilled with my new statue and will gor sure be buying more from Spec Fiction in the future!

Excellent customer service! My order was well packaged and arrived quickly. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had purchasing collectibles. Thank you!

Todd was awesome to work with. He even went above and beyond to fix my statue before he sent it out. Took about a week and my statue was in my hand a few days later. Communication was great as well. Well Definitely recommend him to anyone.

**Second update** It's now 9 weeks since paying my full balance and still figure hasn't arrived. Yes it's on the way but why on earth does this company think using this shipping method is acceptable? Absolutely despicable company, so glad I'm using other resellers who atcually care about their customers. **update"* It's been a month since paying my balance and STILL the figure hasn't arrived, these guys are absolutely useless. If your happy being six months behind everyone else after a preorder is done and dusted, then it's a great company. Unfortunately they don't seem to care about delays or atcually making any changes to how they operate. Every single other reseller manages to get new releases out in a timely manor, somehow their distribution system works, but for these guys, nope...and every single order I've had I've been at least six months behind every one else. Whenever you email the team you get various conflicting excuses. My last ever order from them is on the way and it will be my absolute last.

I ordered a resin figure from Spec Fiction, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. First, the figure arrived broken. On top of that, they failed to provide DHL with the necessary shipping documents. Because of this negligence, DHL had to request the paperwork directly from me. This caused a massive delay, and DHL ended up charging me over $400 in storage fees while we waited for the documents to clear. I am extremely unsatisfied with both their product handling and their shipping logistics.

The statue came with a defect, and everybody kicked in to make sure that it was repaired by a professional, looking exactly like a was supposed to… Good as new! They are caring and friendly and professional, and where else in this world can you find professional statue repair people? Answer, Spec Fiction! I am so happy with them and will always remain a loyal customer!
