A bannir, ils refusent de rembourser les courses annuler pour cause de covid. Et font un coup de pression pour utiliser les deux bons de réduction non cumulable de 70 et 30% avec leur foutu tee shirt gratuit si on reprend des courses sous 3 jours . A bannir a tous prix d'autre course sont mieux , moins cher et rembourse en cas d'annulation .

The Spartan race organization has a priority of profits over customer service along with the purposeful difficulty designed into the website so people cannot easily defer races or apply credits to future races. 90 days to apply a credit that you are charged a penalty on is a simple money grab policy. Things happen and we pay a price for any deferral and we should have up to a year to pick a new event that suits our schedules. Please do not use them and use tough mudder or another organization that puts people first.

Ich schäme mich, dass ich ein Spartaner war ... sie wollen mein Geld nicht zurück zahlen, sie antworten nicht auf meine E-Mails. Ich wartete zuerst zwei Wochen auf eine Antwort auf das, was mit meinem Geld geschah, dann schickten sie mir eine Antwort, die 2x gleich war, nur der Satz wurde am Anfang korrigiert. Schande über eine solche Organisation. Als ich auf ihrer FB-Seite kommentierte, löschten sie meine Kommentare und blockierten mich. Ich glaube nicht, das ich der Einzige bin, der so viel Geld (mehr als 500 Euro) an die Organisation überwiesen hat, und Sie noch immer kein Plan haben, wie sie der Situation recht werden. Ich habe gedacht, das Spartaner Fair sind und Ihnen Ehre etwas bedeutet. Aber das war es nur eine Marketing Betrug! DAS IST FÜR EUCH SPARTAN? Arooo oder liber Booooo

Extremely disappointing company. I had a race booked for 2020 in Tirol Austria, this was cancelled due to the pandemic. I've tried to contact them but no luck, I've also tried to get my money back via my bank. However, this has not been successful as my bank informed me that I agreed to the terms that I won't have the right to claim my money back if they cancelled. If you are thinking of buying race tickets, don't. There is plenty of better companies which has much better races and T&C.

To add to previous comments very disappointed with Spartans customer care, also had a race booked with Toughmudder and received a full refund as soon as it was clear that there would be no 2020 event. Wil not book a race with them again. Hope Toughmudder steps up with more races.

C'est honteux... aux prix où l'on paye les courses et ne pas pouvoir se faire rembourser... Etant inscrite à plusieurs courses, c'est bien les seuls qui ne remboursent pas !!!! HONTEUX HONTEUX HONTEUX... NOUS NE FERONS PLUS DE SPARTAN !

Inscris pour une course en Septembre qui devait avoir lieu dans le sud de la France, la course a ete annule, et pas de possibilite de la faire a moins de faire 7 heures de route car la course dans la region ne sera pas reconduite. Donc autant dire que l'argent est directement dans leur poche, sans possibilite de recours. Une honte, 'aurais compris qu'une partie soit conservee, mais la totalite, surtout quand la course regionale ne sera pas programmee l'an prochain. On est loin des valeurs de travail, partage et abnegation de la marque!

As per the rest of these reviews, I agree that they have very poor customer service. Booked and paid for a race in March for my kids and they haven’t provided a refund for the service that never took place. Booked cinema tickets the same week and received a refund without even having to ask.
