Would recommend product,

I ordered pink linen napkins from the site. They look just like the color in the picture on line. I also ordered gold and that's not what was sent to me. The gold is a tacky Orange color nothing like the picture online. I called Friday to get a return Label and was told it would be emailed to me right then. I have never received it and called yesterday many times after 1 pm my time in Florida. All I got was a recording to say go to the website. I did that yesterday twice and still have received to reply. Now I have to shop online at another site to get the correct gold napkins while trying to return the ones that were sent to me that are clearly not anywhere near what the picture says on online!!!!!!

Although they did not have in stock what I initially purchased, they called me directly to discuss with me what they had and what they could do for me. They were very accommodating and I appreciated being able to speak with a representative over the phone. As soon as we settled on a product for the replacement, they had it shipped out in two days.
