Material shredded when pulled off the spool. Waste of money.

Contacted customer service, followed with a picture that they asked for. I ordered color gold, item was yellow. They said that's what they call gold. Sent it back have not received my refund yet.

I am an unsatisfied customer. I placed the order and for some reason the item was sent back as undeliverable and a refund issued. Meanwhile I had been waiting for over two weeks to receive the item. I finally sent an email inquiring whether there was a problem and found out at that time about the non-delivery and refund. The address for delivery was an office building that is open 25 hours/8 days a week, there is no reason that this item should have been undeliverable. We have a whole department devoted to deliveries and mailing services that deal with hundreds of packages a day. Now, because I still need the item, I have to find it from somewhere else as I will not be ordering from you all again.

For some reason I still have not received my shipment. Please send me the confirmation number so that I can track it before it gets returned again. Thank you.

I ordered pink linen napkins from the site. They look just like the color in the picture on line. I also ordered gold and that's not what was sent to me. The gold is a tacky Orange color nothing like the picture online. I called Friday to get a return Label and was told it would be emailed to me right then. I have never received it and called yesterday many times after 1 pm my time in Florida. All I got was a recording to say go to the website. I did that yesterday twice and still have received to reply. Now I have to shop online at another site to get the correct gold napkins while trying to return the ones that were sent to me that are clearly not anywhere near what the picture says on online!!!!!!
