New Customer Impressed with website ease
Found this website by chance. So glad I did. Very minimum order so the 0.00 shipping charges were a plus!

No Response Regarding My Incomplete Order
I've called and sent emails the day I received my order that I was missing one yard of my order. I haven't received any response. My very first order I was so happy that I placed another order for 3 times as much 2 weeks later. I'm unsure what happened but the company doesn't seem to have a problem losing a long term future customer for a few dollars.
Response from Sparkles Make It SpecialAug 3, 2016
We definitely apologize for your shopping experience. We shipped 3 more yards of the black mesh to make up for our oversight. Apologize again and hope you'll continue to consider shopping with us in the future!

Great experience but disappointed with the product
I am really glad I found this company and the prices are great, shipping free and fast! However, the 6" rolls of organza ravel making it difficult to work with. The bows I made look beautiful but I had to cut the stringy fraying as I went along. Part of the problem seemed to be that on one end, the fabric would catch on the spool. I do really like the corsage pins.
