I am disappointed with customer service to email question.
I am happy with my purchase, but still have not received answer to my question sent a few days ago. Some of the dots for the lampshades do not stick. I asked for advice on what to do to make them stick. No reply yet

Thank you for providing your feedback. Our records do not show any inquiries regarding your order. We do apologize if your questions were not answered. You can use a toothpick and apply a small amount of super glue to adhere the rhinestones back onto the lamp shades. Sometimes the rhinestones are loosened in transit. We will be reaching out in regards to this matter to ensure you have no further questions or concerns. Please contact our customer service team if you need any assistance.
