***I am unable yo post pics here. Please look up my google review to find pics and proof of my order as well as incorrect sizes shipped.*** My order has now been fully refunded due to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. SparkIe in Pink I have also previously sent you several complaints from other customers that I found through Google, concerning your incorrect sizing and return policy. I would also ask that you review and consider changing your return policy. When a customer’s order is incorrect, such as mine, that customer should not be responsible for shipping costs. It was very difficult for me to receive a refund and I was only able to receive that FULL refund after filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. I just want other potential customers to be fully aware of what may happen when they place an order with your company, especially if the order is shipped incorrectly…no harm no foul.In the future please be as cooperative with your customers as you have portrayed yourself to be here. If this review has done nothing else maybe it will persuade you to take a closer look into your policies and customer interactions because without us there is no you. They did in fact send me the wrong sizes and pictures were sent to them immediately after I received my order verifying that the sizes were incorrect. A size 2XS is not the same as a 12-18 months. How did Sparkle in Pink verify my order without knowing my identify? The name on my order is not the same name on this profile. Also within the same hour that they replied to my review there were also over twenty 5 star reviews posted for their company at that time (odd coincidence) 🤷‍♀️.It is my personal opinion that this company can not be trusted. Order at your own risk!!!!🚩 Original Post: This store advertises incorrect sizes. I ordered 12- 18 months and received a 2. Then I was told it was the same thing but it definitely is not! The clothes are HUGE on my granddaughter that wears 12-18 months! I am not the first customer by far that has had this complaint! I wish I could leave pictures.

I own my own Children’s Distressed Denim business. Sparkle in Pink has taken so many of my designs! However, when they recreate mine, theirs look very generic and not nearly as good. It’s sad they need to steal others ideas and can’t come up with their own.

Do not waste your money here! They say the clothes are certain sizes but yet they are way smaller and when you contact them to let them know they say no refund or exchanges! The outfit I bought my daughter is for her birthday and now I need to go put and spend more money because these people are thieves! They sale nothing but cheap clothing, not correct sizes!

I ordered 5 outfits. The sizing is off. The items are thin, cheap junk made in China

1) you must return it in the original plastic bag and can’t be torn open by your kids 2) no tags or ups label on clothes so is a pain to match up .3) make you pay for return shipping 4) if your little bags are damaged than they charge 20% restocking fee 5) the quality of the clothing is not good on a lot of things 6) the sizes are not true . Everything is cut really big

Same thing happened to me as other posts. They over sell and advertise the item as RESTOCKED - your order goes through - your card is charged - order doesn't come - contact customer service and it hasn't shipped out - then they discover it's out of stock and offer you to buy something else or refund your money. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR CHRISTMAS OR BIRTHDAY GIFTS because it's like playing the lottery as to whether or not you are the actual lucky recipient of what you ordered and paid for. Very disappointing!!!!

Their shipping is extremely slow. Usually takes about a month, they use DHL. About half of what I ordered was horrible quality. Thin fabric, with pulls and loose strings. I bought a vest that was falling apart as I opened the package. The fabric was just falling off of it. They delete every review that not 5 stars, so there is no honesty. I left a helpful, 3 star review about this; and they just deleted. Didn't contact me or anything. I'd buy elsewhere. I was not refunded for anything.

Some clothes are cute and fit great. Others come extremely small (like made in China). All clothes are made cheap. I would give them a 3 out of 5 but i'm giving a 1 rating because customer service is awful and return policy basically is that you can't return. Also, I tried to leave a negative review of an item on their site because of the quality and they deleted my comment. I still purchase from them sometimes just be careful.
