Hi Dia! Thank you so much for this review, it really helps us know how we can improve, and we're also very happy to hear that you love the clothes. As far as our sizing goes, we know it can difficult since all little girls come in different shapes & sizes, and there is no "one size fits all" solution. However, in order to provide the best sizing we can for each outfit, we hand measure every single product individually, so we strongly recommend using the size charts to know exactly which size will fit best. I hope this helps, and again we really appreciate this feedback! Let us know if there's anything other questions, and I hope you have a great day! 💗

Hi Terry! Thank you so much for leaving this review! I am so happy that you love our clothes, and I'm even more happy to announce that we have recently made big changes to our shipping! 🙌 We no longer use DHL, only USPS. This means that our delivery times will be much faster, and the tracking will be much better and up to date. Thank you so much for your support, we hope you have an amazing day! 💕

Hi Brandi, thanks so much for your honest review! I am delighted to hear you are happy with the quality of the products you received ☺️ DHL can be a bit frustrating at times, but it's the most affordable option we have found to keep our shipping prices as low as possible for our customers 💖 There are, however, various faster shipping options for those who need their orders faster and are willing to pay a little more! Thanks again for your review, we look forward to serving you again in the future 🥰

Oh no, we are so sorry about that Andrea. Thank you so much for leaving this feedback, we always look for ways to improve. We wish there was more we could do after the order leaves our warehouse, but sometimes there can be delays that are out of control, and we know that can be a hassle sometimes. Our team strives to get back to all emails as fast as possible, and provide as many updates as we can. Thanks again for the leaving this review, we really appreciate it! ❤️
