Bought 2 Easyjet vouchers on 4th January. Paid. But I have not received any voucher from them. Now it has been more than one week. I sent 2 emails to Kim, one message on their chatbot but no answer. I need refund. Unless, I have to request assistance from my bank (chargeback). I feel like they are scamming everyone on this website.

Bought a voucher on Friday. Still hasn't been received and no response to chat or emails. Their terms and conditions state that if the voucher isn't received within 24 hours a refund can be requested or Sparefare have to provide the voucher within a further 24 hours. Due to the total lack of communication and as per other reviews I have no faith any of this will happen. Such a shame as it's a great idea but clearly isn't working. I now have to request a chargeback via Amex.

I bought a voucher six days ago. I am traveling soon and have not yet received the information needed to get the ticket. I have written several messages to the company and have not received a reply. In addition, I have been charged for a voucher that was cancelled by the seller. This is not a serious service.

Made a bid....Bid was accepted...(according to SpareFare) paid for bid as instructed....next day-(bid was rejected) e-mail stated refund immediately....a week later no refund...Tried to e-mail and call the useless phone # (215-840-9669) and also the non-existent "CHAT' option which was never responded to! Run! don't walk away from this scam website that takes your money without a purchase and refuses to refund...now I have to dispute the charges with my CC company- Totally a hassle and un-professional in my opinion!! Use at your own risk...you have been warned!!

I purchased a voucher recently on December 29, yet I still have not received it. Despite following up with four separate emails to customer service and fully paying for the voucher they say must be used within 5 days after purchase, I have received absolutely no response. To make matters worse, the prices for the airline tickets have since doubled while I’ve been waiting, making this entire experience a complete waste of time. It is unacceptable for a company to process a payment and then fail to deliver the digital product or provide any line of communication. A business should have automated systems in place to ensure vouchers are dispatched immediately upon purchase, or at the very least, a responsive support team to handle delivery failures. The company needs to improve its customer service response times and ensure that customers are not left in limbo while prices fluctuate. I am still waiting for either my voucher or a prompt explanation

This is regarding SpareFare ID: 108836 I was under the impression I would receive the voucher the same day the payment was made, and the seller "transfers" the voucher, which was December 29th. Per the seller's additional information : I will give you the voucher number as soon as payment is made. I have already made the payment, seller has already made the "transfer" on December 29th . So why do I not have the voucher number so I can book my flight ? Why have I not heard from Sparefare regarding next steps since they collected my money on December 29th ? I NEEDED TO BOOK MY FLIGHT asap, before the flight price increased as the flight was at its lowest cost all year! I tried Facebook messages, email and their useless chat option. All of which gave me the same message : We'll respond to you soon, yet no response. As I feared, prices have increased drastically for my flight and I still do not have a voucher I "purchased" on December 29th . Thus, I am forced to purchase my ticket ABOVE the price the day I "purchased" the voucher because Sparefare failed to issue my voucher in a timely manner (several days now). Now I am force to file a dispute with my I am my credit card company AND purchase a flight at a higher cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!

I sold a flight voucher on this website SpareFare on 12/14/25. Confirmed with the buyer that payment was taken out of his bank account on 12/14/25. I have still not received my payment and it has been over 10 business days. I have contacted SpareFare multiple times through their customer support email and have not received any response.
