I had sold my evoucher and never got money. Customer service is not replying to my message. I got notification from evoucher company that my voucher is used. I was getting emails and notifications evey 10 minutrs until I sold my voucher. After I shared my voucher details no notification snd no one available for chat. I have dropped many messages, no one cares to reply. Totally fraud. I will report it to cyber crime to ensure this website and serice get blocked and they ate not able to cheat any more.

Bought 4 vouchers, the team gave me only 2 and then stopped responding. Also waiting for a week for the refund for the previous failed purchase. Tried to email kim as well, no luck. Upon looking in the comments from other users, It seems that the business died just between my purchases. Or they don't have enough people to provide customer service. That's a shame, I used the service in the past and everything went smoothly, the communication was perfect. I hope they can rebuild after all the issues during the last 2 months, because the service has a demand, just need to fix communication issues. They don't answer I sold my voucher to through them and I haven't got payed plus they deleted my sale of my account but good thing I got screen shots of them, my voucher was used and buyer claimed he didn't use it so they sent it to the wrong person because there the only ones that I gave the code too and I United airlines said it was used by a fraudulent agency, I haven't got my money or refund from sparefare and neither has the buyer they are scamming people and commiting fraud, I want to get a lawsuit started and to all of you with similar situations let's join up and get our money back it sucks that they can't even reply to explain what happened or what's going on, but it's to much already so 1(619)8444900 let's start a lawsuit everyone I got details of the founder, supervisors and both locations in the US and UK and Belgium owners information we must get things right this is unacceptable Sparefare ID#108821

Looks like a scam, felt like a scam, stay away. Bidding and everything went well. All the way up until "successful purchase" and the company has to verify the voucher before sending to buyer. Wouldn't they do that before letting bids go live?? Customer service doesn't exist. I still haven't received any voucher and it's been over 2 days since me and the seller completed our parts. Prices fluctuated on the flight I needed so I ended up booking with no voucher.

I sold a voucher on December 28 and now more than 10 days later, I have not received my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have emailed many times, I tried using the chat feature and there has been no response from Sparefare. My patience is running out big time and i absolutely believe that they are a scam or false advertising. This is really sad on Sparefare to deceive customers who trust your site like this and take advantage like this especially when they are other website customers could have chosen! GIVE ME MY MONEY SPAREFARE!

I bought a €150 voucher on December 31st. The seller never changed the name, so my offer expired, along with an automatic email from Sparefare stating that I would be refunded within 10 days. It is now January 14th, and not only have I still received nothing, but it is practically impossible to contact them. I have written several emails, used the chat, etc., but there has been no response and no direct contact. Be careful, they are not reliable!

DO NOT do business with this company. I paid for a flight credit and received no confirmation, no product, and no response despite repeated attempts to contact them. The explanation about “payment issues” does not justify complete silence once money has been taken. Numerous recent reviews describe the exact same experience, which suggests this is a pattern rather than a one-off issue. I ultimately had to recover my money through a credit card chargeback. This is unacceptable conduct for any business handling significant sums of money. Avoid.

I'm disappointed to have to write this review. I've used SpareFare in the past without any issues...until now. I purchased a voucher, paid and then received nothing. I've tried reaching out by email, chat, social media without any response. Keep your money for now until they fix their issues. So sad, this was a great platform to buy/sell those unused tickets.
