The service from sparefare was great !! The payment option and the platform, they answered my email quickly and are very receptive to any kind of questions. I got my ticket as promissed by the seller, the only not so good thing is that the seller canceled my bid days after being acepted and i had paid the amount in the agreement, and then asked for more money and a new bid, this gave me no option because i already had done some reservations based on the itinerary of the fligth ( car rental, hotel booking, train tickets etc ) i dont know how sparefare policy for seller works but this is the only negative thing that i can say. great service after all ! totally recommend it.

When I first heard of SpareFare I was a little sceptical about using it, as it is a new site, no one really knows about it and I couldn't find much information online. Although, I had 2 flights to San Francisco that I couldn't use and I would have lost all the money. Instead, I decided to give SpareFare a try. I sold BOTH flights!!! I did have to wait a little over two weeks to find a buyer (and the emails had gone to spam, so check your spam boxes!!). I was super nervous about paying to change the name on my tickets before receiving the money from the buyer, but SpareFare secures the money from the buyer and I received the money as said when the customer takes the flight. The service is secure and I have no complaints! Overall a good experience and I'd probably use them again as a buyer.

I heard about this site from a friend and decided to give it a try as it sounds like a cool concept. Best decision ever - I found two flights to Viena for me and my sister for Christmas for £300!! We are enjoying the Christmas markets now. Quite a bargain. Customer service is prompt, I'd use them again.

I used SpareFare for a long-haul flight bought at the last minute (less than two days before the flight). The process took a little longer than I expected but was very simple. My return flight was no different than if I booked with the airline directly. The price was very competitive given how late I purchased the tickets. I like the fact that the original booking was not wasted and the seller could recover some of their money. Throughout the process, SpareFare team were very responsive and genuinely interested in helping me complete my journey. I will use this website in the future!
