This pants are so ridiculously big. The size is completely off. I'm usually a Small size, so I ordered the SPANX supersmooth perfectfit pont wide leg and the Twill wide leg pant in a small. But these pants fit more like a Large on me. They are ginormous. I can't believe they can pretend that these are a Small size. No way. I'm returning them.

Was thrilled to receive my $200 pair of long black slacks from spanx ! Only complaint they were too long so had them short a little ! Washed them after wearing in cold water and they are now to short and super tight can no longer wear outside of my home !!! Buyer Beware such a shock and disappointment from a company like Spanex will not be ordering anything else at this point !!!

Your customer support line doesn’t have a real human to help with shipping issues. My order has a label but UPS has not received anything. I have sent many emails no response to those either! Absolutely the WORST customer service ever.

They advertise discounts. When you fill in the code that they give you the discount is no longer available and, or the price jumps up to discount the discount. It’s a scam do not order from this company

I may never know what the quality of their products are, due to the fact my order has NEVER been received. Customer service is terrible about giving me an update. My order has been sitting in Ellenwood,Georgia for almost 3 weeks without moving. I’ve reached out to Customer Service who assures me that I should receive my package any day, but no updates. my order was placed on April 5. I’m very disappointed in their shipping and lack of communication with their customer service department. I may never order from Spanx again. Very disappointed.

Bought Spanx briefs in Brown Thomas Cork. The label says that they are Undie- Techtable as I was looking for no vpl briefs. The shop assistant assured me that they were no vpl briefs. However when I got home this was not the case and I could see the outline of these briefs through my skirt. The store has a no exchange or refund policy on underwear and I am now left with an expensive pair of spanx which are not fit for purpose.

Ordered petite trousers, leg length is still far too long. And not accurate to description online. Trying to return, but they want £20 return fee! Basically stealing.
