I ordered a 17” skort online and upon receipt, the skort was 14”. Instead of just refunding me, I had to prove to them with photos it was in fact 14” and be inconvenienced into returning.

I think you could improve by not putting a time limit on reviews. I came back to your site to provide feedback after the 14 day time period and I am not allowed. To me 14 days is falsely making customers put in reviews before proper wear.

The product is very low quality. Customer service practically non-existent. When I wrote reviews - several times - they disappeared from the website. Maybe 2 is too high!

Purchased the ´ Seamless Power Sculpting High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Short´ in medium, I am 5’5, 130 lbs. Fit is so tight, it seemed & felt like a very tight girdle and , it showed under the garment that I had one on. Returning it and my fault, I had not read the $15 processing fee prior to buying it. Had I read that, I would have gone to The Bay or elsewhere. Lesson learned, never again

Petite sizes about 5 inches too long for someone normally too tall to wear petite. I love their leggings, and wanted to try out their pants. Ridiculously expensive, especially when I'm going to have to hem them myself.

Their customer service chat reps are consistently rude and apathetic. My package has taken almost 2 weeks and still hasn’t even reached the state I’m in, and when I spoke to Daphne about my concerns this morning, the response was “Let us not forget that there were 2 holidays last week.” Let us not speak to customers in a condescending tone, Daphne. Then, when I told her I needed my order for a vacation I am going on and that I didn’t have a month to wait for my order, she told me that when my order arrives I could just return it and get my money back. Honestly all I wanted was for someone to do something to help me figure out if FedEx disappeared my package and find a solution if they did, I didn’t need all that. Speaking of FedEx, there are many choices to ship a package and have it actually arrive, and FedEx usually isn’t one of them. I wish Spanx and more companies would pay attention to how poorly FedEx handles their packages and stop doing business with them. Until that happens, I am officially done doing business with anyone who ships with FedEx. And until Spanx fixes the attitudes of their customer service reps, I’m doing doing business with them as well.

Ordered a pair of leggings for an event and received rather quickly with 1 week prior to event so that was no issue. However, they were defective and one side was higher waist and longer leg than the other. When I called to see if they would expedite a new pair so I can get in time for my event and return original pair in the meantime, they said "not unless it is for a wedding". They proceeded to try to exchange my pair when it wouldn't arrive in time and I told them I wanted to just return altogether if I wouldn't get there in time and they just started the return without even trying to keep my business. I expected better customer service for such a big brand. Didn't seem to care about making it right for me even though the quality of the leggings was poor. I rarely encounter a company who won't do whatever it takes to make it right and have a happy customer. First and last time ordering from Spanx.
