I purchased a pair of trousers size xs and just received them today. It's the carefree crepe trouser. They are hideous! Anyone would look frumpy in them. It would be useless to tailor them. I will never purchase from this company again!!! I also don't remember them being marked as final sale. I intended to try them on first before I decided to keep them. So disappointed! Stay away from their products unless you want to look like you wear old things that were purchased at Kmart (even Walmart would be a step up from this style).

I don't tend to spend a lot of money on leggings, but I finally decided to invest in a few nice pairs, so I bit the bullet and bought from Spanx. Twice now, my $100+ leggings have ripped holes nowhere near a seam and twice they do not send a replacement. After the first time, I thought it was a fluke, but twice? This time on a pair I hardly wear? Not going to make that mistake again. My Old Navy leggings hold up waaaay better.

I bought a cami from Spanx and it came to my home but when I opened the package I noticed it had grease marks on the bra area. I sent it back and was charged a fee for their mistake of sending it out to a customer dirty. I am awaiting my refund. In the future Spanx should not have packing people eating on the job or touching the merchandise after eating. Maybe checking the machines that pack the merchandise for grease.

I bought 3 items from Spanx and within 20 days they went on sale for 1/2 price. I emailed asking for a price adjustment. They refused. I then told them I would return the items, and sent a picture with the tags still in place, to let them know I had not worn them. After no less than a dozen emails, because phoning is not a possibility, they sent me free return labels. The items came in 2 different orders and Spanx required me to return them in separate packages! This was a huge waste of time, resources, impact on climate, etc. Let’s be clear Spanx doesn’t care about their customers and they have certainly lost this me now. ATHLETA on the other hand, took my call on a similar issue and adjusted the prices all in about 5 minutes! There are lots of other vendors, to buy athletic clothes, far superior to Spanx, choose wisely!

I bought shorts that were on sale but still expensive for shorts! They were huge is the legs as if I was wearing a skirt! Tried to return and they refused to take them back?! I'll never buy from them again. Regina J

I ordered a pair of $150 pants from Spanx last Tuesday for a business casual event. I am going to the event next Thursday. Even though their policy is to ship from one to five business days, four business days later, today, Friday, my pants still haven't shipped. Which means that if they ship the pants on Monday, I won't likely have them in time for my event. I contacted Spanx to cancel the order given that it won't arrive in time, but apparently, I am outside the window for cancellation even though my pants haven't shipped. My only choice now is to buy another pair of pants and then, once the Spanx pants arrive, go to a Walgreens (none nearby) or a Fedex location (again, none nearby) to return them for a credit. In these days of fast shipping, forcing someone to wait six days (Tuesday through Monday) just seems like bad business, particularly given the stingy order cancellation window. Post-script: after over five months, Spanx responded saying they would refund the price of the pants. As it turned out, even though they didn't arrive in time, I kept them because they are good-looking. But jeez, they need to get their customer service act together.

Purchased 2 body shaper items. Checked for shipping updates. Said already delivered. Contacted for help in locating dince i hadnt received them. I had bought same type items as well that came around same time. They wanted pictures of those and tags. And now just want me to "look" harder. Have to contest purchase with credit card. Wish I'd checked reviews first.

I bought two pairs of Spanx from John Lewis recently - paid £60. Very disappointed as they have both ripped and lots of loose threads after wearing only a few times. The material and quality is greatly inferior to Spanx I bought several years ago. Will not buy again.
