As one of the benefits of our Wyndham time share, we always seem to have a problem with Spafinder accepting our Wyndham Visa card for payment. Have to use another credit card. When we give our printed out certificate, our spa provider has a difficult time to get it accepted. They have to send it through several times.

First - I get good traffic with Spa Finder Cards. Good work on promos! It took a minute to navigate the process changes and various cards with the change over to the Blackhawk Network. I would love to get a monthly summary statement so I can track the success of the program and audit the results in our monthly hindsight. MOST annoying. I can not seem to get the pictures of my spa up on the site. We have very high-level branding which is not only not being used, but the fill-in pics erode our brand image. I have asked for assistance with this several times. Your CSRs are very nice on the phone.

The first time I tried to use my SpaFinder gift card, I looked up a salon on the SpaFinder website and set up an appointment for a haircut, verifying with the salon that they accept SpaFinder gift cards. Once I received my haircut, I proceeded to try and pay for the cut with the gift card, only for it to not go through. I called SpaFinder customer support and they suggested that the salon try entering my gift card as a credit card, but that did not work either. The salon blamed SpaFinder (apparently this has been a recurring problem for the salon, even though they are on the website) and SpaFinder blamed the salon, so I was stuck paying out of pocket for a service I already received and really couldn't afford on my own. The next time I tried to use the gift card, I asked to pay in advance to make sure it would work, and thankfully it did. Either customers need to be told to try their gift card before the service, or SpaFinder needs to find a way to handle situations like these that do not totally put the burden on the customer for a service they may not be able to afford otherwise.
