Hi Marc, I understand you want your order to arrive as quickly as possible, and so do we. The delivery tracking information has been updated to your email and order. Due to the recent strike action and high volume of orders, please allow up to 1.5-2 weeks for delivery and 24 hours for email response. If you are not satisfied with the shipping process, I am willing to refund the shipping fee for you after you receive the parcel. Hi Grace, I have checked and confirmed that your order has been shipped last week. I noticed that the delivery has not moved on tracking for a while and we have already raised this case to the delivery company (Evri) and pushed them to process your parcel as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this rare situation, so we have decided to refund the shipping fee for you. Within a certain amount of days, you will see a refund on your credit card / payment account. In the meantime, I will keep you updated if there are any updates on the delivery. Hi, the shipping location will be based on your shipping address and the current inventory. No matter if it ships from the UK and Hong Kong, the delivery time is mostly within 1 week. Since you have pre-ordered items this time, we ship from Hong Kong to allow you to receive them in the fastest possible time. For local customers, we would provide a UK return address instead of a HK address. We didn’t provide any HK address for your return. Since only 1 of the 3 items you got is very slightly damaged, our staff offered a half refund to allow you to keep all of them for your convenience. We acknowledge that we have made a mistake while handling your case as we should absolutely cover the return cost if you received a damaged item. In the meantime, we had processed a 100% full refund on the same day and we didn't require you to return any items as our apology. Please let us know if you haven’t received the full refund.
