If I had read these reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have done so but I am so glad I did! I ordered part of the Aurora collection on 25th December and although I didn’t get any tracking updates, I received my order yesterday (05/01)! So delivery was very quick considering there have been bank holidays in between. The lamp itself is absolutely beautiful!! I am absolutely obsessed with it and will 100% be ordering again this month. If you’ve come to read reviews before ordering, I highly recommend you do it! You will not be disappointed ☺️

Beautiful product , much better than I expected , ordered 1 stand 2 bulbs , but so pretty just ordered another stand to display both , good quality , delivery about 2 weeks , worth the wait !

Item took a while to arrive and while it missed Xmas was worth waiting for. Had to email customer service as part of my order hadn't arrived -this was an Evri issue but was was quickly sorted by our delivery person. Customer service were amazing and really helpful. The item is now set up and it's more beautiful than it looks on the website.

Order P3108126 Delivery took roughly 7 days (germany). Customer care was quite fast as I asked for a tracking #. I actually got the package hours after. Quality is nice and assembly easy. It glows really great and the ambience is just relaxing.

I absolutely love the product, it's so pretty and is exactly what you see in the pictures. The first time I purchased evri failed to give me my parcel, but after reaching out about not receiving my product they sent a new one out to me straight away which I thought was lovely of them without charging me extra. Considering purchasing again for presents. 10/10 though, really pleased.

Now personally the website deserves a 4+⭐ rating it took a little longer to deliver and the retro base could do with being better with the mount quality as it's abit wobbly but overall I ordered the Azure bulb and retro mount I absolutely love it and this company delivered to my expectations keep up the good work ♥️

I've just come across these reviews after mine came because I wanted to order another one for my mam. I'm glad I didn't check the reviews before ordering because they'd have totally out me off! My lamp is beautiful and good quality, a little smaller than I was expecting but so worth it. I bought it in the sale, I'm not sure if its the kind of 'sale' that they have on always, but if not, I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. I'll definitely be buying myself something else when I put my next order in!!
