I have changed my opinions of this company. They are clearly a smaller operation working hard to try and meet the demands of a successful Christmas promotion. Whilst they haven’t got it 100% right, they have certainly worked hard and tried their best and that’s all a customer can ask. The product looks beautiful and I think the recipient will love it. As for the space artsy team, I hope they have a lovely break coming up.

My experiences of buying from this company have been great. I have bought a number of bulbs and accessories and am 100% satisfied. Yes, delivery takes a little longer than some companies, but as long as you don't leave things to the last minute/need for an urgent gift, it's not a problem. The first bulb I bought finally ran out a couple of weeks ago, but I was delighted to find that I can still use it via an LED light stand and it is just as beautiful. I now have three lamps and they are so pretty to look at. I don't understand the comments about the products being flimsy and cheap - they absolutely aren't!

When I first ordered my product, it took a little longer to get delivered but I was ok with it. When I got my product, there was a slight issue with it. So I emailed the company back and they were so understand and co-operative about the situation and gave me a new one within 4 working days and it works so well. Highly recommend. Not only for the amazing product but the team behind it

I placed a order, then I realized I probably wasn’t going to receive the item before Christmas, as shipping takes 1-2 weeks (to Italy). I reached out the company asking to cancel my order and they answered in 30 minutes. It was like 10pm. They asked me what was wrong and I explained the problem. They refunded me. Polite and professional.

Bought a set on BlackFriday and use it most the time as night light and as ambient light in my working room.

Absolutely beautifully crafted works of glowing art! Love how the look, how they feel and the different ways to set them up. Love that they charge up and can then be off the cables. Well packaged, reasonable delivery time. Very pretty!

I ordered the Pluto lightbulb because it is the planet for my zodiac sign Scorpio :-) The structure in the lightbulb looks really pretty and special. The delivery was incredibly fast, everything was well packed and the lamp creates a great atmosphere in the evening. I would only have wished that the structure of the lamp would also conjure up such a pattern on the wall, which unfortunately is not the case. But that doesn't make anything worse. I personally don't like the wood on the Wooden Square Base, so I'm going to paint it black. The customer service is very courteous and customer-oriented and responds very quickly to inquiries. The product and the shop are definitely recommended.
