This is my second purchase of a trailer... very poor salesman and Factory pickup experience. Arriving at pickup they bent the jack and did not have stabilizers on the back of trailer.. had to wait while they replaced the jack and weld on the stabilizers... very poor follow up!!!!

Mr. & Mrs. Gardner I want to personally thank you for your business and the feedback. I sincerely apologize for the delay at pick up and any lack of communication on our part. We strive to be the absolute best at what we do and again I am sorry that we let you down. This is the first we knew of any issues at pick up with your trailer. Although we should have been more aware of the situation it was never intentional and I hope that everything was corrected to your satisfaction. I will do everything possible to see that this doesn't happen again. I do understand that this was your second purchase with us. I assume your first experience was much better than this one. I hope that we can somehow salvage our relationship and have the opportunity to do a better job for you if you should ever be in the market again. Please let us know if we can ever do anything for you in the future. Please accept our apologies and know that we really appreciate everything.
