As far as Southern Trailer Depot is concerned, Matt Rutland was excellent to work with. However, when we went to pick up our trailer from the Diamond Cargo factory, the light wiring was significantly defective and we had to wait an additional hour and a half for them to tear everything apart and fix it. Clearly this is something that could and should have been pretested prior to being declared ready for customer pickup.
