Good Evening Bill, Thank you for your business and the feedback on your experience. I sincerely apologize for the delay and not doing what was necessary to prevent your delay prior to your arrival. Normally this type of thing doesn't happen and we are truly confident in every trailer produced. I am not sure why these items were left off of your trailer, but I assure you that I will look into it and do whatever it takes to try and avoid this from happening again. Please consider us if you should ever need another trailer in the future and we will do everything possible to assure your satisfaction going forward. I am really happy that you are pleased with the trailer and I hope it serves you well for many years to come. I truly regret not providing you with the best experience possible. Let me know if you ever need anything. Thanks, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC

Thank you for your business and the feedback. I want to personally apologize for any lack of communication you experienced. I don't understand the entire situation, but I do know that the salesman you dealt with is one of the best we've got and is most always on point. I have been out of the office, but I assure you I will look into this and see that any errors are addressed. I am thankful that you are happy with the trailer and I hope you will at least allow us the opportunity to serve you if you ever need anything in the future. You can reach me directly at 1-800-270-6264 Ext 701. Thanks Again, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot
