Hey John, We really appreciate your business and the feedback. I apologize for any concerns that you have and promise you that we will do everything possible to avoid this in the future. Sometimes it gets really busy and things do not always run as smoothly as we would like, but absolutely nobody will work harder for you and do everything possible to accommodate your every need. Just for the record we didn't charge you the $3 for the hitch pin. It was the manufacturer that done it and this is the first we have ever heard of this. We will be happy to refund your $3 for that extra star if you would like. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC
