The instructions were clear and the transaction smoothly and quickly. I wish all internet transactions worked this well!

My experience with South America.travel has been awesome! I have been working with Jon H. and he has taken all of the stress out of planning a vacation. He has worked very hard to tailor our vacation to our specifications! We are so excited about our trip and know it will be amazing!

We have just finalised our trip and are delighted with our itinerary. Marci was fantastic with suggestions and really customised the tour for us. She was very familiar with the places we want to see which is great. Really looking forward to trip and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We decided to do a last minute family trip to Colombia during the holiday season. Diego was able to help us plan the trip and book everything quickly. He was patient and even with a lot of changes that we wanted to make to the itinerary, his best interest was in pleasing us. He took time to hear what we wanted and what type of activites we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this company.

I changed my mind so many times and my consultant was able to accommodate me to book my dream vacation.

Professional, efficient, helpful and experienced.

We had a very complicated trip with multiple legs because of travelers joining and leaving the trip at various times. Martin accommodated us easily. My only complaint is that I asked to be able to speak with former customers for a reference; not one that was posted on their website since obviously those are vetted. They were unable to provide me with this because of privacy issues, which I suppose I understand. I did check their facebook reviews since those aren't editable, and they looked good.

Our travel advisor, Jason Mayo, had first hand knowledge of the places we hoped to see. He listened to our needs and ideas and helped us create a 5 week trip through Ecuador and Peru (including the Amazon & Galapagos) that allows us the time to gain insight into and the flavour of this amazing part of the world. This is the trip we had dreamed of for many years. SouthAmerica Travel has taken care of every detail making it easy for us to just show up and enjoy the adventure.
