We acknowledge and appreciate your understanding when our driver had called in sick and you were able to accept the rental 1 day later. We understand your frustration regarding the additional $195 trip charge. We arrived on location 12/9/24 to remove the container rented as you requested but were blocked by another container that did not allow us access to remove it. We had been advised to move on and remove it 3 days later. We value your business and would be happy to discuss this further if you have any questions or concerns.
