Thank you for sharing your experience, Moshe. We advised you that all inclusive pricing included the weight limit of 3 tons and included rental days within your rental. If you were to go over the included weight we advised that you would be responsible for the extra materials that were disposed of at the facility. The final weight in the container was 5.75 tons which made you responsible for 2.75 tons of weight. Our goal is to provide clear and transparent information to our customers, helping them understand the factors that contribute to their final bill. We understand that the removal of your container was delayed due to an early closure of the disposal facility. Regarding the multiple abandoned calls you had with us on the day of delivery, we appreciate your patience with us during the busy Monday and we had been playing phone tag with you along with being in touch with our dispatch in real time for an estimated time of arrival. We understand there was an issue with the original delivery date, and since you were unable to accept the rental at 1 PM on 3/3, it was rescheduled for the morning of 3/4. Additionally, we initially received an incorrect delivery address for the site. After speaking with you upon arrival at the incorrect location, we were able to correct the address and reroute the delivery the same day, despite it being 45 minutes away. We understand your frustration regarding the negotiated trip fee refund. Please note that these refunds typically take about a week to process and receive approval. Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with us Cam. We strive to provide a clear and transparent communication with our customers. We appreciated your understanding with the initial delay in delivery as we are not able to control lines and traffic we experience during the day. In regards to your AM request will always try to accomodate requests but are at the mercy of outside factors and advise that delivery may be between the hours of 6am- 6pm. We are currently investigating the charges with our billing team and were looking to speak with you regarding them to gain more insight on the issue.
