Thank you for your review Tim. We try our best to find solutions to every situation a customer may have. The rentals days are complimentary, where the costs consists of travel, disposal, and recycling fees. We do charge rental extension fees for anything past the original rental period. We hope to serve you again soon and provide a more transparent experience next time.

When scheduling pickups, we currently use a live dispatching system where schedules are built the morning-of, based on logistics. We do humbly apologize if there was an error in communication on our part. We are constantly striving to provide the best service in the industry, and will work on better communicating pickup times. Thank you so much for your review. We agree that closing out is as important as setting up! Sometimes, the disposal facility takes too long to provide a final dump ticket which causes a delay in our invoicing - fortunately that is not the norm!
