As we discussed today, we take full accountability for dispatching the incorrect container type, which led to the confusion surrounding the contamination charges. I truly hope the resolution we reached — including reconciling the payment to reflect only the actual materials you disposed of — felt fair given the circumstances and helped restore your trust and confidence in our standards. Thank you for providing feedback on your rental. I want to clarify that there was no additional charge for the 30 yd we swapped on site. You were charged for the 20 yd and received a 30 YD at no additional cost. The large overage was in your original 30 YD rental , where you went over 2.42 tons over the included 3 tons. We do have to pass along overage charges as it is the weight of the materials placed in the container that is paid by us to the disposal facility. We want to assure you that our weight calculations are based on the official weight tickets provided by state-regulated facilities. These facilities adhere to strict regulations and employ certified scale masters who ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. We rely on their expertise and equipment to determine the weight of the waste being disposed of. A copy of the ticket was sent you upon the completion of your rental. Thank you for sharing your experience Jamel, Upon arriving on site we encountered an issue where service was attempted but materials delivered blocked dumpster service. The trip charge was waived the first time, and upon attempting service again, we arrived on location there were materials blocking again. The charges you have incurred were for the wasted trip the second time. I will have to review placement instructions provided and I will speak to the team about the gaps in communication. I attempted to reach out and left a voicemail, to talk about your experience and how we could have served you better.

Thank you for your feedback Terrence, We do try our best to acommodate changes in materials as they come up. When you originally rented this container it was for construction materials. Upon our first pick up attempt we saw it was filled to the brim with concrete and mixed trash. Clean concrete bins are typically taken at a flat rate to recycling facilities to save the customer money by not paying by the weight of the materials. In order to take it to one of these facilities, we advised you that it would need to have only concrete inside along with having to be leveled off. You agreed to level it off and remove the non concrete items. We came to remove it and the facility that processes the concrete rejected the material and had to seperate the non concrete items resulting in a contamination that was passed along and communicated to you. After reviewing your case I see that we had come to an agreement on the price of the 20 YD as dispatch was out of 30 YD containers at the time, we offered to switch it out the following day, or you could use the discounted 20. You chose to go with the discounted 20 and went over the included weight of 2 tons by 1.54 tons. Thank you for the feedback Lance, we are communicating via email. upon further inspection, I see you were provided pricing for a container in a different county than your initial project from a lead that was submitted by you online. We are at the mercy of the pricing of facilties within the county the materials originate from in accordance with state and local laws.
