One of the best pedal shops you'll find. Great selection, prices, shipping, and customer service.

Thanks Dan! I'm glad you're enjoying the V2 of "The Wash". I've owned that pedal more than once myself. -Dave

Every thing Sound Shoppe did was great, it’s who they used to ship my purchase that sucks. They shipped with UPS who projected a two day shipping time to the part of Canada where I live. When my package arrived at their facility in Canada, they charged me half the price of the purchase in brokerage fees and then for some reason, shipped my purchase to Los Angeles! UPS’ customer service absolutely blows so no one either could or would tell me what had happened to my delivery. Nearly two weeks later it showed up thankfully in one piece. Again, the Sound Shoppe was great. Dig the pedal and stickers which are now on my toolbox. I would recommend to them that they use a different courier however

Sorry to hear that Jesse. I've refunded your cost of shipping. Also, 99% of the time I ship USPS( 7-10 days). In this instance, as you stated, UPS quoted me a two day delivery. It seemed like an offer I couldn't refuse. Lesson learned. Thank you for the invaluable feedback, -Dave

The Great Eastern FX XO pedal is from the UK and only Sound Shoppe NYC had it in stock in the US. Fast shipping that arrived when predicted and was a hassle-free purchase.
